District Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing dispensary management team through critical talent selection
• Assess management performance, skill gaps, and career aspirations to develop a leadership pipeline
• Develop, coach, and inspire employees through regular feedback and career development planning
• Uphold a culture of accountability and people-centeredness
• Respond to manager concerns and communicate resource needs to the Regional Director
• Regularly assess store staffing and efficiency for workforce planning
• Establish relationships with HR, Compliance, Security, Marketing, and IT
• Lead dispensary managers in forecasting, scheduling, and customer service execution
• Participate in new store opening initiatives including staffing and construction
• Analyze business metrics to create and implement action plans for growth
• Achieve sales objectives by monitoring inventory plans and influencing marketing
• Partner with Regional Buyer to select product line enhancements
• Gather data and insights to contribute to regional strategic plans
• Manage inspection or audit escalations
• Drive achievement of company performance through KPIs

Requirements

• 7-9 years of Retail Management Experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel skills
• Ability to teach technical and product-related information professionally
• Strong business acumen and data management skills
• High level of integrity and adaptability
• Available to work all hours of operation including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel regularly within the state and periodically to other states
• Must be 21 years of age or older
