District Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to existing customers while actively acquiring new clients
• Analyze customer-specific requirements and develop suitable technical solutions
• Present and sell complex technical products within the industrial environment
• Collaborate across departments to develop and implement customized solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Independently plan and execute customer visits as a field representative

Requirements

• Completed technical qualification (e.g., Mechanical Engineering Technician, Industrial/Electrical Master Craftsman, or a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• Initial professional experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of lubricants and/or technical cleaners is a plus
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to present complex products competently
• High level of customer orientation, confident communication, and a persuasive presence in sales
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High willingness to travel within the assigned district
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
