About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute client strategies and supervise a field team
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
- Deliver in-field coaching and organize regular team meetings
- Conduct weekly business reviews with the Regional Manager
- Manage team logistics, reporting, goal setting, and performance evaluations
- Achieve coverage and execution targets agreed upon with clients
- Approve bi-weekly ADP timesheets for the team
Requirements
- Sales experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Experience supervising sales or merchandising teams
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Strong territory management and organizational skills
