About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute client strategies and supervise a field team
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
  • Deliver in-field coaching and organize regular team meetings
  • Conduct weekly business reviews with the Regional Manager
  • Manage team logistics, reporting, goal setting, and performance evaluations
  • Achieve coverage and execution targets agreed upon with clients
  • Approve bi-weekly ADP timesheets for the team

Requirements

  • Sales experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Experience supervising sales or merchandising teams
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Strong territory management and organizational skills
