District Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of up to six stores to drive sales growth and operational excellence
• Collaborate with store management to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals
• Recruit, train, and develop store personnel to maintain a motivated and professional workforce
• Implement action plans to improve operating results and ensure adherence to merchandising plans
• Manage district budgets, including payroll, total loss results, and inventory procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Analyze competitive pricing and provide product feedback to leadership
• Conduct store inventory counts and cash audits to minimize losses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
• Proven experience in human resource management, including recruitment and staff development
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
