District Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and supervise a team of store managers to drive sales and achieve high performance
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to ensure desired results
• Develop and implement action plans to improve district operating results
• Recruit, select, and train personnel to ensure adequate staffing and professional growth
• Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations
• Evaluate store performance and collaborate with managers to resolve customer or employee concerns
• Manage district expenses, inventory, and cash handling to meet financial targets and minimize loss
• Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and resolving potential hazards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Proven negotiation skills to reach satisfactory conclusions through diplomacy and rationale
• Ability to evaluate financial performance and apply data to decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute plans in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to perform daily domestic travel
