District Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and own store-level performance, including sales and productivity targets, through retail operational excellence.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that is fast, friendly, and easy.
• Elevate visual merchandising standards and ensure floor sets align with brand strategy.
• Oversee workforce allocation and manage payroll within store budgets.
• Manage and analyze retail KPIs to maintain a focus on operational excellence.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse, multi-layered stores leadership team.
• Maintain store staffing levels while actively engaging and promoting top talent.
• Collaborate with key business partners in HR, Recruiting, and Operations to solve district needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or related professional experience.
• Retail experience leading at least 3 direct reports and a total team of 30 people.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with business partners.
• Ability to travel across the district (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak holiday periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-unit management within specialty retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-minded approach to driving results.
