About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the group fitness team by inspiring and coaching instructors
- Maximize class attendance and ensure safe, fun workouts
- Manage hiring, coaching, scheduling, and payroll
- Oversee group exercise training and problem resolution
- Maintain club cleanliness, equipment safety, and customer service standards
- Monitor KPIs including turnover, staffing, and class participation
Requirements
- 5+ years teaching Group Fitness formats
- Previous team management experience
- Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification
- Group Fitness, Specialty, and CPR Certifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to multiple locations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic audio equipment
