District Fitness Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor fitness sales performance at the district level and implement corrective actions
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff
• Lead and manage a team of Fitness Managers and Personal Trainers across multiple locations
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational effectiveness
• Ensure all gym locations adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations
• Promote a positive member experience and resolve complaints promptly
• Build community relationships to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

• Must successfully pass background check
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Valid Driver's License and clean motor vehicle record
• Reliable transportation to multiple job locations
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs
• Ability to work in a gym setting and operate company computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Fitness experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Leadership/Management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management
• Background in fitness industry sales and management
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
