District Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in assigned Maharashtra districts.
• Deliver and support training for education officials, principals, and teachers on a regular basis.
• Track program progress in schools and proactively identify and resolve implementation challenges.
• Conduct regular school visits to support teachers and generate insights to improve platform usage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with district-level officers, principals, and school administration.
• Identify and replicate best practices of implementation across different schools within the district.
• Analyze qualitative feedback from state systems and share insights with the larger team to improve the program.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Marathi (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to present information clearly in English and Marathi.
• Ability and willingness to travel to schools within the assigned districts regularly.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and an entrepreneurial, action-oriented mindset.
