District Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and implementation of the Khan Academy programme across assigned government schools in Telangana
• Conduct teacher trainings and orientations both online and offline to ensure effective platform usage
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with District Education Officers (DEOs), Principals, and teachers
• Perform weekly school visits to observe classroom usage and support teachers in integrating Khan Academy into daily instruction
• Collect and track usage data and feedback to identify trends and improve programme effectiveness
• Maintain structured documentation of trainings, school visits, and stakeholder meetings
• Provide regular updates and key insights to the central team to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Telugu and English (reading, speaking, and writing)
• Ability to travel extensively within Telangana to visit assigned schools on a weekly basis
• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work with data to track usage and identify implementation trends
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with government officials and educators

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with government schools in Telangana
• Background as an educator
