District Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the DFW area to support Valiant communities as needed
• Conduct on-site property visits to assess physical conditions, operations, and compliance
• Serve as interim Community Manager for properties in transition
• Lead the onboarding and integration process for new acquisitions
• Design and implement turnaround strategies for underperforming or distressed assets
• Partner with regional leadership and operations teams to resolve challenges
• Maintain detailed documentation of property status and improvement milestones
• Report regularly to senior leadership on community performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry
• Demonstrated success in stabilizing and turning around underperforming assets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Creative, strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel extensively across the DFW region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
