District Business Operations Specialist (DBO)

Responsibilities

• Analyze district operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency
• Review data trends, reporting tools, and operational metrics to support decision-making
• Map and review operational processes across products to drive standardization
• Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) initiatives
• Support rollout and adoption of company systems and digital tools within the district
• Deliver training on Business Process fundamentals and operational standards
• Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations or logistics experience
• Experience in process improvement, analytics, or quality programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to map processes and identify efficiency opportunities
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI
• Proficiency with SharePoint
• Experience with Visio
