About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop district operational plans to ensure achievement of objectives aligned with overall business strategy
- Drive consistent strategic execution of brand plans and monitor district performance against internal and external parameters
- Build high disease knowledge, patient journey, market, and product expertise within the team
- Effectively coach medical representatives to develop capabilities and competencies aligned with individual development plans
- Manage both material and human resources of the district
- Drive engagement of top Key External Experts (KEEs) and track adoption regularly
- Lead regional and national commercial activities and represent the sales force in brand planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven sales and/or sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage and lead large teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in the Philippines and the local healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in a relevant field
- Experience in Consumer and/or Managed Markets roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
