About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a network of retailers and agents in southern and western Sweden
- Build trusting relationships to drive sales growth
- Provide product training to partners regarding Air Liquide's range, services, and gas safety
- Plan and execute campaigns, trade fairs, and agent events
- Manage contract negotiations and perform profitability calculations
- Conduct inventory checks and optimize stock levels
- Assist agents with safety-related work and compliance
- Handle investments and permit applications
Requirements
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to drive processes to completion
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Social and communicative personality focused on long-term relationship building
- Valid B-driver's license and willingness to travel weekly within the region
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Apps
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
