Distribution Trouble Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in a Safety Excellence environment, ensuring critical risk plans and STEP observation tools are implemented.
• Manage distribution trouble coverage and optimize team movement within the Northeast Region.
• Oversee storm restoration efforts and manage after-hours contract resources.
• Drive a culture of inclusion, trust, and continuous improvement in alignment with "Moving to Equity" plans.
• Manage capital splits, budgets, and the weekly trouble coverage schedule.
• Provide regular, constructive performance feedback and support employee training and development.
• Partner with Engineering and other Distribution Supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of construction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• 7 years of distribution construction and/or distribution experience.
• Extensive experience in storm restoration.
• Knowledge of NESC, OSHA regulations, and distribution construction standards.
• Proven experience in performance management and holding others accountable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, particularly during storm response.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industry-specific applications such as OFS, ARCOS, CATEE, TCMS Web, Dist View, JETS, or MOBI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and implement strategic initiatives.
