Distribution Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop On-the-Job Trainers (OJTs) within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
• Design and implement diverse training programs using instructor-led, e-learning, hands-on, and remote methodologies.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop multimedia training content, including graphics, video, and audio.
• Monitor productivity and training effectiveness using measurable learning objectives and pre/post-assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records, tracking employee progress, compliance, and business impact.
• Support training operations across multiple sites, requiring travel and remote communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience, including 1+ years in training, coaching, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or similar high-performance environments.
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create and evaluate training programs.
• Proficiency in Google Suite for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive employee engagement.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support multi-site training operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
