Distribution Teammate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including manual/motorized pallet jacks, sit-down or stand-up forklifts, and standing reach trucks.
• Perform receiving tasks by unloading pallets and cases and verifying product counts using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
• Execute put-away and replenishment tasks by moving products to and from storage and pick locations.
• Conduct picking operations (LUM and Bulk) by selecting products via RF scanners and building pallets for shipping.
• Manage sortation and loading processes to ensure totes, pallets, and carts are correctly placed on trucks for delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while performing physical inventories and basic math calculations.

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependability and regular, punctual attendance.
• Willingness to learn new WMS technology and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Warehouse or Operations certification.
