Distribution Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee safety through active safety culture management and policy enforcement
• Maintain personnel structure and staffing levels to meet department goals efficiently
• Plan and coordinate work using time studies and cost analysis
• Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of department associates
• Develop Team Leaders to oversee daily routines of assigned associates
• Monitor and document department performance regarding cost, labor, and productivity
• Manage the hiring process, administer policies, and resolve associate relations issues in partnership with HR

Requirements

• Associate's degree minimum (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
• 1+ years of recent relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience with inventory or warehouse software and databases
