Distribution Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform frontline supervisory functions including safety, discipline, and associate relations
• Supervise, direct, and train manufacturing team members to meet production demands
• Implement staffing guidelines to maximize human resource utilization and control costs
• Train personnel in tooling, troubleshooting, machine set-up, and safety procedures
• Oversee line rotations and break schedules to ensure seamless shift changes
• Promote company goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Control materials to eliminate waste

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Management, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in 5S and STOP principles
• Strong mathematical and mechanical skills
• Ability to use calipers and other measuring devices
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sheet extrusion
• Fenestration experience
• Knowledge of PVC resin/compound blending
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
