Distribution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for local distributors within the North East Italy territory
• Elaborate and implement effective sales plans, including targets, profitability, and distribution growth
• Identify opportunities to expand the distribution footprint through new partnerships and stock point additions
• Manage distribution needs end-to-end by coordinating with sales, technical, supply chain, and customer service teams
• Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with distributors to ensure alignment with Axalta's goals and brand standards
• Utilize CRM software to manage accounts and track sales activities
• Monitor industry trends to effectively retain current customers and acquire new ones

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of Automotive Refinish industry experience OR 5+ years in the aftersales automotive market (e.g., tire or oil business)
• 5+ years of experience in selling and customer retention with a proven track record of hitting goals
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial notions and profitability
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Basic oral and written English skills
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to or managing relationships with top-tier customers and distributors
• Fluency in English
