Distribution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving duties by unloading pallets and cases using a pallet jack and verifying products with RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
• Execute picking tasks by selecting products and quantities as directed and placing items into totes.
• Manage sortation by preparing pallets and carts and moving cartons from conveyor belts to assigned batches.
• Handle loading operations using RF scanners to ensure correct placement of totes and pallets onto delivery trucks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct physical inventories and perform basic math calculations to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work the 3rd shift (Mon-Tue-Wed 1:00 pm - 11:30 pm and Saturdays 5:00 am - 2:00 pm).
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to use RF equipment and/or Voice Pick Technology.
• Physical ability to lift and move pallets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability regarding attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Warehouse or operations certification.
• Familiarity with WMS Technology.
