Distribution Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the direct team, focusing on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and productivity
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for supply, replenishment, storage, and distribution of materials and products
• Supervise warehouse movement and management to ensure daily operational synergy
• Monitor and guarantee compliance with Scorecard KPIs and monthly results
• Oversee safety and sustainability pillars, including audits, CIPA, and fire brigade management
• Manage operational budgets (AOP), ensuring correct accounting and forecast accuracy
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Manage people processes including recruitment, performance evaluations, feedback, and HR administrative tasks
• Coordinate with stakeholders in Transport, Sales, Planning, and Procurement
• Manage inventory (FIFO, FEFO) and oversee equipment and facility maintenance

Requirements

• Experience in logistics and people management
• Completed higher education degree
• Desirable English or Spanish language skills
