Distribution Services Admin

Responsibilities

• Process shipment requests by entering and verifying information into the JDE system
• Manage international paperwork, including the creation of proforma invoices and managing import permissions
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure all necessary paperwork is included for proper pick and pack operations
• Liaise with external personnel and couriers to schedule pickups and follow up on delivery confirmations
• Manage temperature monitoring devices and maintain clinical bulk shipment logs
• Prepare monthly shipping reports, metrics, and assist with customer billing and invoicing
• Support the Distribution Project Manager with various project requirements and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years of related experience or training
• Basic mathematical and computer skills, including the ability to operate common programs
• Professional English proficiency for effective communication and reading standard documentation
• Intermediate reasoning skills to apply common sense to written, oral, or diagrammed instructions

• Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Ability to follow complex instructions and respond effectively to management direction
