Distribution Sales - IoT

Responsibilities

• Lead demand creation activities within the distribution business, specifically focusing on the Industrial and IoT vertical markets.
• Identify and capture growth opportunities in distribution accounts by understanding key market and customer requirements.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives to exceed market growth targets and achieve high sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with NXP product Business Units and CAS teams to provide distributors with the support needed to win new business.
• Manage the overall distribution sales process, including sales forecasting, funnel management, and inventory management.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the high-tech or semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of the distribution sales process, including forecasting and inventory management.
• Technical knowledge of MCU/MPU and peripheral products, as well as the Industrial and IoT markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Strategic thinking skills and a self-motivated, team-oriented personality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or ModelN.
