Distribution Requirements Planner

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily demand during lead times, identify abnormal patterns, and validate causes with sales, marketing, and demand teams
• Determine stock levels, storage locations, and safety stocks per customer/warehouse to balance service levels and costs
• Generate finished goods (FINI) requirements for the Latin America region based on local/regional demand plans and sales history
• Manage master data for material management in designated warehouses
• Execute availability-to-promise processes for imported products and communicate changes to Customer Service
• Monitor inventory health, including shelf life and non-productive items
• Manage material scarcity situations and support prioritization decisions
• Analyze SKU order patterns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate forecasts

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Experience in planning, manufacturing, customer service, or sales
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in SAP, APO, and MRP

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS training (Basics of Supply Chain Management)
• Six Sigma certification
