Distribution & Recycling Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory reconciliation by ensuring accuracy of system data compared to physical inventory
• Maintain proper stock levels of warehouse inventory and MRO goods through regular audits
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to record and facilitate all warehouse operations
• Manage the movement of inventory, including receiving, replenishment, and put-away
• Ensure adherence to FEFO/FIFO principles and monitor Best Before/Expiry dates
• Record and report all wastage from receiving, warehouse, and production areas
• Operate power equipment, such as forklifts and power carts, to move and sort goods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Completion of a formal post-secondary program (one academic year) in a related field
• At least 2 years of related experience in warehouse and inventory management
• Current Forklift Operators Certificate
• Proficiency with computers, standard office technology, and Inventory Management software
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
• Ability to safely lift and move weights up to 39 pounds
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
