Distribution Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distribution Center Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure order accuracy, damage prevention, and inventory integrity
• Own DC QMS processes including SOPs, document control, audit calendars, and management reviews
• Serve as the site representative for ISO 9001 compliance and lead internal audits
• Define and publish quality KPIs such as Perfect Order Rate, Accuracy, Damage Rate, and Customer Complaints
• Facilitate Lean and Continuous Improvement projects across inbound, outbound, and returns processes
• Manage root cause analysis for customer quality issues and shipping variances (OS&D)
• Oversee cycle count quality and monitor Warehouse Management System (WMS) data hygiene
• Chair the DC Material Review Board (MRB) for non-conforming materials and returns
• Supervise quality team members and develop standard work and training protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of quality or operations experience in a distribution environment
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software packages
• Strong knowledge of WMS processes and inventory control
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• ASQ or relevant supply chain certifications
• Proficiency with Minitab
