Distribution Order Processor

Responsibilities

• Scan, pick, and pack orders with accuracy and speed to meet customer demand
• Band loads together according to shipping labels and loading guidelines
• Follow all standard work and safety protocols
• Handle packages in a safe and secure manner
• Maintain an organized and safe work area through daily 6S activities
• Cross-train in various distribution areas and departments as needed
• Assist in other areas of the facility when primary tasks are completed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly (team lift required for heavier items)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented factory environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully within a team
