Distribution Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned distribution accounts by developing relationships and participating in customer meetings
• Process and execute customer requests, including orders and quotes, in accordance with department procedures
• Maintain customer accounts, databases, and forecasts for Distribution Partners to support on-time delivery
• Manage POS data, including report reviews, account linking, and new customer creation
• Monitor Product Change Notices (PCN) and pricing changes, notifying all relevant Channel Partners
• Review RMAs for prompt response and implement preventative actions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Gather and compile pricing data, product information, and lead times for monthly management review
• Provide general customer service support, including responding to pricing requests, expedites, and order follow-ups

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, order management, or distribution support
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP/CRM software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform data entry, reporting, and analysis
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
