Distribution Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a group of associates responsible for an operational area within the Distribution Center
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous process improvement
• Identify and implement projects focused on productivity, quality, and safety
• Manage changing priorities and use sound judgment in high-pressure situations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 7 years of experience in a large multi-brand distribution center
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong Excel skills
• Experience using WMS (Blue Yonder)
• Demonstrated experience in project management to drive process improvements
• Experience with ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon shipment processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma concepts
