Distribution Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a group of associates responsible for an operational area within the Distribution Center
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvement initiatives
• Identify and implement projects focused on productivity, quality, and safety
• Manage changing priorities and use sound judgment in high-pressure situations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-7 years of experience in a large multi-brand distribution center
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Blue Yonder
• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon shipment fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing projects to drive process improvements
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma concepts
