Distribution Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a group of associates responsible for an operational area within the Distribution Center
• Monitor and manage performance metrics to ensure operational excellence
• Identify and implement projects focused on productivity, quality, and safety
• Handle changing priorities and use sound judgment in stressful situations
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-7 years of experience in a large multi-brand distribution center
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Blue Yonder
• Demonstrated experience in project management to drive process improvements
• Training in ecommerce fulfillment and experience fulfilling shipments to Amazon

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma concepts
