Distribution Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of the distribution center to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People
• Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth
• Analyze production and operating reports to resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance challenges
• Formulate comprehensive operations business plans including labor hours, cycle times, and costs
• Lead change initiatives within the distribution center to ensure smooth transitions
• Drive a safety-first mindset throughout the entire operation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing leadership role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Automated DCs or Autostore
• Experience with JDA or WMS systems
