Distribution Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met efficiently.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with HAZMAT and Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation requirements.
• Maintain supply reliability and ensure medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and quality assurance systems.
• Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals and customer expectations.
• Lead safety initiatives, including administering training, conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations.
• Manage personnel to foster a positive, collaborative, and empowered work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a college degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Demonstrated analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
