Distribution Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and operational excellence in the distributor (sell-to) channel for Core Diagnostics across Vietnam and Cambodia.
• Own distributor strategy, performance management, and capability development to maximize market access and share.
• Lead contract negotiations with distributors, including investment commitments and commercial terms.
• Establish and monitor distributor KPIs, including revenue growth, market share, forecast accuracy, and inventory health.
• Manage distributors to expand into underserved provinces and untapped territories.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory planning to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and customer service levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless channel execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Commercial roles within the IVD sector.
• Proven experience in distributor management and go-to-market strategy execution.
• Background in the healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
