Distribution Clerk

Responsibilities

• Pick optical frames, lenses, and contact lenses for customer and branch orders
• Pack orders into correct containers with appropriate documentation and address labels
• Receive and put away inventory, ensuring lenses are in correct locations and stock is rotated
• Verify orders to correct discrepancies and maintain high levels of accuracy
• Use RF scanning devices to manage tasks and navigate the warehouse
• Communicate effectively with managers and peers regarding stock-outs or production needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet and exceed production goals
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and reading
• Ability to use RF devices (scanners)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with inventory and warehouse management systems
