Distribution Centre Team Member

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all orders are delivered with high quality and on time
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and other logistics technologies
• Maintain inventory control and manage spreadsheet records
• Adhere strictly to all WH&S policies and safe work practices to maintain a safe environment
• Work flexibly across shifts between 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
• Demonstrated experience in inventory control
• Proficiency with WMS software and basic computer skills
• Strong understanding of WH&S and safe work practices
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate III in Warehousing
• Valid Forklift licence
