Distribution Centre Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership and direction aligned to Myer’s business strategy
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Drive productivity and ensure cost-effective operations
• Oversee end-to-end distribution activities from receipt through to dispatch
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives regarding safety, cost, and customer service

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a Distribution Centre, Warehouse, or Supply Chain environment
• Current Forklift Licence
• Strong knowledge of WHS policies and compliance requirements
• Effective problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A hands-on approach with a customer-focused mindset
