About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Office Manager with overall office management of a DC Campus
- Manage mail receipts and distribution for the building
- Coordinate meetings by booking space and supplies
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Plan and execute employee engagement events and rewards
- Schedule travel arrangements and itineraries
- Review manager expense claims for accuracy and policy adherence
- Prepare and process invoices in company systems
- Support budget tracking for the building
- Assist with tracking new hire status in the applicant tracking system
Requirements
- 1 year of clerical or administrative support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
