Distribution Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns
• Act as the primary focal point between Resideo and 3PL partners to ensure KPI compliance and budget adherence
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational staff while managing workforce planning and recruitment
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and robust inventory control processes
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage the distribution center operating budget, controlling labor and operational costs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize productivity

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience managing large teams in a distribution center environment
• In-depth experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and supply chain best practices
• Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners
• Prior experience working with SAP
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
