Distribution Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end distribution centre operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities
• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement through the review of warehouse processes and procedures
• Manage P&L performance and lead initiatives to maximize profitability and meet budget targets
• Deliver efficient and cost-effective outcomes through effective workforce planning and resource utilization
• Build and maintain strong customer partnerships to ensure high levels of service delivery and engagement
• Create and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with WHS, quality, and food safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or distribution centre operations
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and developing capability
• Demonstrated experience managing operational and financial performance, including P&L accountability
• In-depth knowledge of WHS requirements, workplace legislation, and chain of responsibility obligations
• Experience in customer relationship management and reporting on operational performance
• Valid driver's licence
