Distribution Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end distribution centre operations including receiving, storage, picking, and despatch
• Own P&L performance, labour planning, and resource optimisation to achieve commercial outcomes
• Drive strategic customer engagement and build long-term partnerships in a multi-client environment
• Lead safety, quality, and compliance frameworks, including HACCP and food safety standards
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering capability and accountability
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and growth

Requirements

• Extensive experience in third-party logistics (3PL) distribution centre leadership
• Proven ownership of P&L performance and delivery of measurable commercial outcomes
• Strong expertise in safety, quality, and food safety systems (HACCP or equivalent)
• Experience leading large, multi-layered teams including senior leaders
• Capability managing multi-user, high-complexity warehouse environments
• SAP system knowledge
