Distribution Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Wodonga Distribution Centre to ensure safe, efficient, and timely product delivery
• Establish and maintain an efficient, cost-effective warehouse team to achieve contracted outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement by developing, reviewing, and updating warehouse and business procedures
• Manage all aspects of DC performance, including financial outcomes and regular reporting
• Ensure all safety incidents are reported, recorded, and investigated appropriately
• Lead and mentor the team in accordance with LIFT values to foster a positive workplace culture

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the warehousing or transport sector
• Demonstrated leadership skills in safety, quality management, and compliance
• Proven excellence in stakeholder engagement and building key professional relationships
• Strong focus on process improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
