Distribution Center Workflow Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to coordinate order processing and control work flow
• Assign and release workload through WMS to ensure efficient distribution
• Monitor orders, inventory movement, and conveyor systems via material handling visualization software and camera systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for Operations Leaders regarding workflow or mechanical issues
• Facilitate the escalation of issues to proper business units and communicate resolutions to operational partners
• Support accurate inventory maintenance and reconciliation processes
• Assist with the creation and support of domestic and international transportation documentation
• Coordinate daily operations in collaboration with Operations and Brand Partners

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders across multiple business units
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency for time-sensitive issues
