Distribution Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop associates to maximize performance using established methods, focusing on behaviors and results.
• Maintain a deliberate presence on the distribution floor to build operational awareness and strong associate relationships.
• Manage and drive business objectives by developing and executing plans to achieve results.
• Monitor Warehouse Management (WM) systems and associated outputs to handle related issues proactively.
• Foster an open and energizing culture through appreciation, recognition, and positive reinforcement.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and react to departmental changes or issues.
• Complete essential administrative tasks to support operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in work, school, or community leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading non-exempt associates.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday).
