Distribution Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop associates to maximize performance using established methods, focusing on behaviors and results
• Maintain a deliberate presence on the distribution floor to build operational awareness and associate relationships
• Manage and drive business objectives by developing and executing plans to achieve results
• Monitor Warehouse Management (WM) systems and associated outputs to handle related issues
• Proactively monitor, communicate, and react to departmental changes or issues
• Foster an open and energizing culture through appreciation, recognition, and positive reinforcement
• Complete essential administrative tasks related to shift operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in a work, school, or community setting
• Experience leading non-exempt associates
• Ability to work the second shift (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Friday) and overtime as needed
