Distribution Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and coordinate carrier scheduling for various freight types
• Expedite orders and coordinate inbound freight to prevent production interruptions
• Ensure physical inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin management, and monthly reporting
• Perform audits on inbound/outbound shipments and ensure correct PO matching
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and productivity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment adhering to 5S and QMS standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues regarding scheduling, batch assignments, and staffing

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with warehouse/data systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Commitment to safety awareness and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse or Supply Chain certification
