Distribution Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist department managers in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
• Monitor and evaluate team productivity while maintaining high personal performance standards
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members under the direction of the department manager
• Lead by example to enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance throughout the distribution center
• Communicate operational updates, progress reports, and performance results to leadership
• Promote and enforce adherence to DC policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with compliance monitoring
• Foster a positive and productive work environment in collaboration with management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours)
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior training or leadership background
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications for operating warehouse equipment
