Distribution Center Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps and partner with leaders to implement HR solutions that improve performance, engagement, and retention
• Build and deliver actionable reporting on attrition, hiring, performance, and surveys to guide leadership decisions
• Support the design and facilitation of training for managers regarding interviewing, performance management, and employee relations
• Act as a partner on employee relations issues, coaching managers through situations and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Lead and support HR compliance efforts, including audits, background checks, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years supporting site operations
• Strong background in industrial or distribution environments with large hourly populations
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence leaders, and use data to drive action

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
