Distribution Center Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end distribution operations at the Gebze sorting center in accordance with best practices and high quality standards.
• Ensure all departmental activities comply with corporate and legal requirements through effective team leadership.
• Monitor and control all operational parameters and planning processes to maximize efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize departmental workflows and operational performance.
• Maintain high team motivation and support the professional development and competency growth of team members.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in an Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience within the transport or logistics sector.
• Proven experience in supply chain management and multimodal transport (specifically land transport).
• Strong background in operations, warehousing, and personnel management.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid B class driver's license and ability to work in shifts.
• Ability to reside in or commute to Kocaeli or the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
